A highly productive meeting was held with Marwadi University (MU) in India, attended by Mr. Naresh Jadeja, Executive General Secretary of Marwadi University, and Ms. Neha Sharma from the International Office, as well as our Coordinatorship personnel, Lecturer Alper Karataş, to explore potential areas of collaboration between our universities.
During the meeting, the following collaboration topics were discussed:
- Erasmus+ opportunities for students and staff
- Semester exchange programs for students
- Faculty exchange and research collaborations
- Sharing insights on research lab initiatives
- Applied education models and internship opportunities
As a result of the meeting, both parties agreed to prepare and sign a KA171 Erasmus agreement and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). It was also decided to jointly apply for the 2025 KA171 call and explore the possibility of capacity-building and strategic partnership projects where applicable. Additionally, the establishment of a platform to facilitate the exchange of project ideas and strengthen collaboration among our academics was agreed upon.
With our shared programs in engineering, health, and social sciences, we firmly believe that this collaboration will bring significant benefits to both institutions.
