The Youth Participation project “Empowering Youth Through Financial Literacy [Gençleri Finansal Okuryazarlıkla Güçlendirmek]”, prepared by our Erasmus+ Coordinatorship under the KA152-YOU action, has been awarded funding by the Turkish National Agency with the support of the European Union.

As part of the project, young participants from Poland, Ukraine, Kosovo, Georgia, and Türkiye will come together in Sakarya to enhance their knowledge and awareness of financial literacy and personal economic management, which are among the most essential skills in today's world. The program will also provide opportunities for cultural exchange and local excursions, allowing participants to create lasting memories.

Aiming to improve young people's financial awareness and enable them to become more competent in economic decision-making processes, the project focuses on helping participants develop practical skills to cope with everyday financial challenges. Alongside the activities held in Sakarya, the project will promote intercultural learning, social interaction, and solidarity.

Through this initiative, our university not only supports the personal development of youth—including its own students—but also continues to strengthen its international collaborations.
