Application And Registration Procedure For incoming Erasmus Students
Student Studies Program
Step 1. STUDENT NOMINATION BY HOME INSTITUTION
Official documents for selection and evaluation:
- Assignment paper for "Selection and Evaluation Commission" signed by Rector (The list of at least 3 academician who are committed to select students and staff)
- Official paper and nomination list which is selected by authority (Either the Selection and Evaluation Commission or Erasmus office)
- Screenshot or Link to see the announcement for the Erasmus application. (at least 3 weeks has to be stated)

Step 2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION
Before Getting an Acceptance letter:
- Home institution’s erasmus office must nominate students to international@subu.edu.tr
- Wait for an email from SUBU
- Fill and sign the Application and information forms received in the email.
- Prepare and sign Learning agreement. (If applying for Studies Program make sure the lessons are matching and choose 30 ECTS (from both institutions).
- Copy Of Legal ID Card Or Passport
- Scanned passport size photo.
- Send all required forms before deadline.
All these completed forms along with the other application documents can be sent in 2 ways:

- You can send by Regular Post to International Relations Office address below:

Step 3. Final documents to bring to Erasmus Office of SUBÜ:
- Acceptance Letter from SUBÜ
- All the original signed documents mentioned before
- Orijinal signed and stamped Learning Agreement.

Students enrolled in an academic program in Turkey for 3 months or longer are obliged to acquire a student residence permit as per the Law on Foreigners and International Protection.
